New Journey is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative with our client in their Racine, WI location. This is a 6-month contract position. This position is 100% remote.

Description:
New Journey is currently seeking a qualified candidate for our Customer Care Representative role who will ensure seamless facilitation of warranty programs for our client in Racine, WI.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• The candidate will be verifying unit eligibility, maintaining data spreadsheets, order entry, distributing detailed progress reports, and additional miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  
• The position requires contacting our authorized dealers using written and verbal methods to accurately validate equipment information and place orders when applicable.
  
• It demands interaction with not only dealers but our field representatives and internal personnel to convey pertinent status updates and any revisionary information.
  
• It may also require the need to enlist the assistance of established inter-company contacts to assist with complex issues and product availability.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Must possess the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and have the skills to easily adapt to change.
    
  • Associate's degree in Business Management or related discipline; 2+ years' experience in a customer service, claims/warranty, or data entry-related role may be considered in lieu of a degree
    
  • Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems
    
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Professional software suite
    
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
    
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as New Journey employees will be considered for this position
    
    
    Range: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
