X Dental Assistant/Patient Service Representative Position in Racine, WI **Dental Assistant/patient Service Representative Position in Racine, WI** **Full Time Regular - Posted 1 days ago** **Overview** **Dental Assistant/Patient Service Representative** Midwest Dental is now part of the Smile Brands family! office in Racine, WI. **This position will spend two days as a dental assistant supporting the hygienist and two days as a patient service representative.** **Responsibilities** Youll be an important member of the clinical and front office teams, working alongside our talented doctors dedicated to serving patients. Youll be supporting many sides of the practice, including greeting and guiding patients, and managing schedules and financial commitments associated with patient care. Youll also be: **Dental Assisting Duties:** * Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures * Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies * Improving oral health, solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day **Patient Service Representative Duties:** * Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information * Assisting with financial arrangements for their treatment * Booking appointments, answering general questions, and other associated support **Whats It Like to Work at Midwest Dental** We believe in building a happy, harmonious work environment where you love what you doand our culture supports that.
