We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some of the biggest companies in the nation. Our client has a need for a Breakdown Assistance Agent. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening. --For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.Breakdown Assistance Agent---------- ----Job Responsibilities ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Your specific duties as a Breakdown Assistance Agent will include:--

• Compensation (Range):-- $20/ hour

• We are currently seeking a Breakdown Assistance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will seamlessly facilitate inquiries from the Industrial dealer network regarding critical backorder needs. By liaising with our internal production facility and depot teams, as well as our vase third-party supplier network, you will ensure that vital parts solutions are shipped with passionate urgency to restore machine operability to our customers.
• Through its people and brands, delivers power, technology and innovation to farmers, builders and drivers all around the world.
• This position can be performed 100% remote and located anywhere in the continental United States. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.-- It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Complex problem solving in an efficient manner to achieve resolution while maintaining an empathetic perspective when speaking to our customers.
  • Aligning our dealers, field representatives, and other internal personnel to convey pertinent status updates and other vital information via both written and verbal communication.
  • Meticulous organization, precise attention to detail, and effective documentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and have the ability to easily adapt to change.
