We are looking for an energetic individual who has a passion for food and great customer service to join our team as we continue to grow.Position SummaryThe Customer Service Representative supports the sales of Euro USA products and solutions in support of company goals and quotas. This is a full-time, onsite position.--Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide quality customer service to Euro USA internal and external customers in all assigned tasksOrder entryAccounts Receivable collections-review as entering orders and inform office manager and sales associates of any customers close to over termsWork closely with the internal team members and external Sales teamsRespond to customer service email orders and request promptly and professionallyCommunicate "out of stocks" to customers and offer solutions promptlyReview all emailed orders and VM each morning for accuracy and offer solutionsFollow up on special orders for customersReview and have up to date fresh Seafood inventory knowledgeAttend all sales meetings, as requestedProvide weekly or daily updates re: customer's needs , outside sales associates' requests and assistance, as needed.Communicate any low stock or additional needs to maintain inventory to purchasing.RequirementsAbility to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsFamiliarity with ERP systems (AS400)Must possess the organizational skills necessary to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAccurate order entry skillsExcellent verbal, written and telephone skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to learn and retain product specific information for all Euro USA productsAbility to manipulate and manage spreadsheetsRequired Education & ExperienceMinimum of High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years in customer service positionExperience in the food distribution industry is a plus, but not requiredBenefitsMedical, dental, visionCompany provided basic life insuranceSupplemental life insurance401(k) Retirement with company matchPaid holidaysSick timeVacationCompensation will be commensurate with experience.--Euro USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.--
