Physicians has formed Medicare Accountable Care Organizations
branded under Sound Physicians Long Term Care Management. (SLTCM)
which are Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care
Organizations (ACO) for Medicare Beneficiaries who reside in
long-term care (LTC) and assisted living (AL) facilities. Sound’s
ACO models are focused on leveraging Sound’s national footprint,
innovation, proven experience with value-based care to partner with
SNF’s, assisted living and long-term care facilities to achieve
coordinated care, cost efficiencies and quality outcomes for
long-term care and assisted living residents. In the ACO model,
once Medicare quality and performance targets are met,
participating physicians and facilities will share in the Medicare
program savings from CMS through the ACO. Our Telemedicine service
helps support patient care at the bedside in coordinating patient
care, improving quality and outcomes for post-acute residents
lifting in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities About the
Role The Business Development Director Sound Long Term Care
Management ACO (SLTCM) is primarily responsible for creating market
awareness and demand through a variety of outreach methods and
pipeline management for SLTCM’s ACO participation and SNF
Telemedicine campaign. This position will be responsible for
managing Primary Care Provider and Facility ACO participation and
SNF Telemedicine Sales opportunities from lead generation through
proposal and contract execution. This position will require close
collaboration with the Sound’s Accountable Care Team, Telemedicine,
Business Development, Population Health, and Regional Operations
teams to drive optimal sales performance. The Business Development
Director will have a superior knowledge of the post-acute health
care market and conduct Sound’s business development efforts,
establishing value and competitive differentiation with post-acute
Physicians and SNF executives, administrators, and Directors of
Nursing. The Business Development Director will support the
complete sales cycle including market segmentation, data collection
and analysis, sales pipeline management as well as developing and
delivering presentations and financial proposals. The Details:

Duties and Responsibilites: Create and execute outreach and
partnership BD strategies, in conjunction with SLTCM’s BD Vice
Presidents, to targeted physicians and skilled nursing facilities ,
achieving SLTCM monthly for new meetings, financial proposals, and
closed ACO participation agreements and telemedicine agreements
through direct contracting or via preferred partnerships. Work with
Sound’s marketing team to construct messaging and collateral in
support of and implement SLTCM’s business development strategy
Manage inbound leads and referrals from Sound’s SNF Telemedicine
and physician services teams, to facilitate sales process Present
the SLTCM model, including value proposition and competitive
differentiation Work with Sound’s financial analyst team to build
financial proposals Manage post sales meeting follow up: data
collection & follow up calls Maintain data base (Salesfocom) to
track pipeline, KPIs, and activity progress Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities Knowledge of business research methods, from data mining
to market research Passion for business information - inquisitive
and creative desire to learn and gain knowledge about the
marketplace Analytical mindset Intermediate to advanced knowledge
with various aspects of Salesfocom sales management software.

including PowerPoint and Excel Education and Experience Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree required, focus in healthcare preferred Minimum:
3 years of healthcare sales or business development experience,
including collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing
market data Preferred: 5 years of sales or business development
experience with a specific focus on the SNF or post-acute care
space Pay Range: Base salary $90,000-$120,000 plus incentive plan.
Exact base pay will be determined based on candidate experience,
