What You’ll Do (Your Playground): Drive business growth within our packaging arena Subject Matter Expert on all things packaging! Wrap, strapping, tapes, adhesives, boxes, void fill, protective packaging, machines- stretch wrappers and more! Requirements: Qualifications include: Minimum 2-year Associate degree plus 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding individual sales plan metrics A driven self-starter and team player with a focus on serving and helping others Proven ability to communicate, motivate others for information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees in a professional manner Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to make sound business decisions with and without management approval Detail oriented, organized, and possess ability to multi-task Strong CRM and Microsoft Office Skills (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
