Freedom continues to grow and is looking to hire an experienced Direct Mail Sales Support Representative (SSR) to join the Freedom team in our Aurora, IL location. We’re looking for high-energy performers. Our ideal candidate is an experienced print professional with knowledge of sales, billing, and customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Purpose of Position: Provide support to our sales representatives as well as our estimating, scheduling, and accounting teams by performing data entry and billing operations. Maintain relationships with our clients/partners and enhance the quality of customer service. Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management. Responsibilities: Open opportunities and submit pricing requests via CRM Generate and route pre-sales production schedules Ensure the timely delivery of estimates to sales/client Generate prebills for Accounting upon completion of job Build and strengthen client relationships and build deeper relationships. Ensure compliance with contracts, SOWs, etc. Work with sales to solve technical business problems Share client feedback Fields customer questions and complaints Perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience in direct mail and commercial printing sales preferred. General knowledge of offset printing and/or direct mail design standards and strategies a plus. Must be very detail orientated Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytical and multitasking skills Teamwork and motivational skills Experience with EFI a plus This full-time position includes the following benefits: Medical coverage Dental and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k saving plan with company match, subject to plan terms Paid Vacation Paid Holidays
