seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our
growing team as an Accounts Payable Associate. In this role, you
will be responsible for various tasks related to accounts payable
processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and
invoices. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of
accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a
commitment to maintaining accuracy. Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour
Responsibilities: * Invoice Coding & Approvals * Payment Approvals
* Journal entries * Quarterly Reimbursements, ACH Transfers *
Monitor Insurance Renewals * Assist with Insurance Claims &
Tracking * Federal and State tax payments * Mailing and tracking
client tax returns. * Assist as needed to reach accounting
department goals Requirements: Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable
experience. Familiarity with an accounting software and proficiency
in Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain
accuracy in financial records. Excellent organizational and time
management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal
abilities for vendor and internal staff interactions. Ability to
work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
