opportunity, support, and belonging here. What You’ll Do Greet
guests with warmth and professionalism Take orders accurately and
enter them into the POS system Serve food and beverages according
to Hilton and Marcus standards Anticipate guest needs and respond
promptly to requests Maintain clean, organized tables and dining
areas Communicate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure
smooth service Resolve guest concerns when possible—or escalate to
supervisors as needed Support restaurant cleanliness and assist
with restocking as needed What You Bring Previous experience in a
restaurant or customer service setting is a plus—but not required
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication
skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced
environment Comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system
(training available) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your
feet for extended periods Availability to work weekends, early
mornings, or evening shifts English proficiency (spoken and
